Stayed at the Fairmont Montreux Palace for the first time this week - spacious 4th floor lake view room with good views.
Also have a look at the Hotel des Trois Couronnes in Vevey - smaller property; great lake and mountain views from lakefront rooms; not on a main road so quieter.
