FL is closed for refurbishment. AC has been refurbished but you rarely get a seat in the peak times.
I normally use the CX lounge which is in the second floor but the recent change of gates to the 30+ gates (at least 20 minute walk) has forced me to ask for a wheel chair and stay in the AC. It seems that AA London has discontinued their buggy service when they moved from their 13+ gates to the 30+ gates
