Is AA First class worth more than double J fare?

Recently I flew two transatlantic sectors first on First class and the second on business class. I also flew EK first class (Suite and regular) and AA first class in the same trip (MAA-DXB-LHR-JFK)
It left me with a feeling that AA either should make drastic changes to its first class or make their service all business class like Delta/Continental
1. Seat comfort: The J class seats are more adjustable, comfortable and do not make you sit up like a "PHAROH". The first class seats can be swiveled around, has more room and semi private. Compared to First class product of EK,CX,EY and BA it is third rate
2. The complimentary toiletries are identical in J and F class
3. The check in desk is identical
4. The menu is very similar and served very similar
5. Both classes have wine list without years and the FAs frown when asked for a tasting in First class
6. The flagship lounge in ORD is so bad that there no seats available around 5PM. Except for the larger variety of food items it is markedly inferior to the Admirals club. The FS has ONE toilet for around 50-60 occupants. The AC has showers, seats are always available.
7. Both classes can use arrivals lounges
8. LHR has no FL (Till mid 2010)
My next years plan is to fly J class only in AA and buy coach class tickets and upgrade to J class with my SWUs.
I will never waste my SWUs for upgrading J to F internationally.

I am sure this posting will have a healthy discussion.
