No, AA doesn't fly those routes. AA puts its flight numbers on aircraft operated by Alaska Airlines (called a "codeshare" agreement) which are ineligible for the Oneworld Explorer RTW product.
If your itinerary works, however, you can use Alaska Airlines (AS) with the Global Explorer RTW product.
Otherwise, it's either a surface segment or requires two flights, e.g. YVR-DFW-SFO/LAX. It's one of several huge gaps (intra-Canada being another) in Oneworld's N. America coverage.
