I tried to use two expiring certs a few weeks ago, called in told it was not possible. Was told I could give the cert to a fellow employee who was booking travel at the same time, he called they told him I had to use it.

Guess I should have called back 3 times to get the answer I wanted, its become the norm for me with CO.....I am still trying to figure out why they call it the elite line, I never get an "elite agent" anymore.
