In J most people find Lan's seat more comfortable - flat bed, but I like AA's seat just fine. Catering and service on two-class AA longhaul is normally excellent, on a par with Lan's (not based on a lot of experience - others may disagree.) Lan's IFE is better than AA's IMO.
If considering upgrading to F, I think AA's suites are great, and service is also usually extremely good. I'd go with F if that's an option.
