I also agree that ctuttle has captured it beautifully. ^:-:

For me, a luxury hotel stay should be about me and the hotel should operate around my schedule, my wants, and my needs.

I mention this frequently but it irritates me to arrive at a hotel on Sunday evening needing my suit pressed or cleaned for a Monday morning meeting and I needed to have sent my suit for cleaning/pressing in the morning (before my arrival) to have it done in time. This does not help me at all.

I applaud Four Seasons for their flexible pressing/dry cleaning service and especially the fact that express cleaning or pressing costs NO extra. I have not seen this at any other luxury hotel chain as of yet.
