I must say: Thatīs very different in Germany, at least with Centurion Card Service. I always reach someone, itīs no problem to book Hotel rooms on Saturdays oder Sundays, until midnight or so. (After that, you still can reach someone for emergency bookings.) If you would like to book a vacation, they write it down and call you back on Monday. But thatīs no problem, I think.
