There is always a "gap" between theory (promises from the marketing) and practice.
Last year, I called PTS on saturday evening to reserve a hotel room for the next tuesday.
The call was forwarded to three or four different numbers, then "landed" by a guy who said, he can't do anything for me, except writing a note with my request. Someone would call me back on monday morning.
On tuesday morning, I called back to make the reservation again, because nobody called me back !
That's 24 hour 7/7 service.....
