I tried to get the US to book a table at the China Club in HK (which is a member of the HK Card program.) No dice. I was told they can only handle the fine dining restaurants.

I did have a situation for a fine dining restaurant in Paris that was booked thru the US. I had trouble with the booking and a French CS person was forwarded my call to handle.
