I have another issue with phone calls and AmEx.
I was away in spain last month when AmEx decide to stop my card due to the level of spend on the card. It took 3 lengthy phoen calls to sort out the matter and I had to pay for them due to AmEx's screw-up. Where does that leave me? With £25 in intl phone calls all for trying to use my card to get to Centurion!!
