Agreed that it was a fantastic season and all 3 finalists were worthy of the crown. However . . .

and to the TC editors trying to make every episode a cliffhanger. It's a subjective competition, and there's no way for the viewers to tell whose performance is stronger other than by the judges' comments (unlike, say, a race, where it's generally easy to tell who is winning). When each episode ends with an elimination/victory that has viewers scratching their heads because it seems inconsistent with the rest of the episode, and you have to go dig around in Tom Colicchio's blog to find out basic, critical information about what went right and wrong with the cheftestants' dishes, something is seriously wrong with the editing approach.

I don't care nearly as much about being on the edge of my seat until the end of the episode as I do about having the episode make sense, and I don't want to have to do additional homework to make the episode make sense. Sheesh.

Rant over. Hats off to a season's worth (well, mostly) of great competitors.
