So far I have not seen any comments on another item in the SOP. Of the 93 pages, three pages are devoted to smurfs as the Front Line during Amber Alerts. Those who claim they are understaffed and overworked are going to have other duties dropped on them. They constantly fail to find Red Team items but are going to scan the faces of children instead of Spotting the terrorists. I don't recall a non-custodial parent ever trying to light their shoe on a plane, and IIRC no child travelling with the wrong parent in a contested divorce ever tried to hijack a plane and fly it into a building.
I disagree, the Amber Alert watches may be the ONLY thing that the TSA does that is worthwhile.
