This gaffe has just focused attention on the bigger problem with the TSA--they are a bunch of non-professional hacks with little ambition but to carry real guns and exercise their authority.

Has anyone noticed their attitudes have ramped up since they took over boarding pass inspections? "Show me your papers!" And this woman was flipping burgers how long ago?

This will keep escalating. I have respect for authority--but within reason. The TSA will keep growing and becoming more of a characture of itself.

Ever notice how local police SWAT team members show up in full jungle camoflage outfits and assault weapons for standoffs in Walmart parking lots? The same thing is going on here....
