Starwood AMEX 10 Days to Pay?!
The last 3 statements have given me 10 days to pay my bill!!!
This is ridiculous. I know this subject has been brought up before, but we concluded that it must have been a glitch in their billing.
Yet it's not! 10 days! ****!
Please advise how this situation can be resolved with AMEX (as the ignorant customer service reps are about as useful as a 1 once paperweight).
