I've got a similar question.
I booked a reward ticket online a few weeks ago. I phoned the AE number to get seats assigned for my wife and I, but they were closed at the time. So, I phoned the SE desk and got us booked into emergency row seats. Of course, I asked to be emailed a confirmation (which I received).
When I look up my booking on AC.com, I see that there is no seat assignment shown. Does this mean that my seat assignments are gone? Should I call back in? I notice that all of the exit row seats are now taken so I'd have to select somewhere else to sit.
Always good to call in and verify, but for the past while (not sure why or how long) the seat assignments have not been showing up via AC.com.
