I have a flight planned on 12 Dec with KLM from AMS to Tokyo. AMS -> TOK (NRT) will be carried out with a 747 Combi, while the NRT-AMS will be with a full pax 747. Any chances one private in-flight enterainment?

I know the PH-BFN has been fitted with PTV's, does anyone know about more 747's with PTV now? Is there a D-Check schedule around from KLM's 747's?
