I've been told the same...although the same FA told me that if I requested one, she' give it to me (free).
Let me get this straight - you ate the meal provided in F and then
also requested a snackbox? If that's what I'm reading, I'm not surprised the FA didn't want to get one for you....considering he needed to sell them to hungry passengers in Y who weren't provided with complimentary meals in the premium cabin.
