The advantage of living in a developing country, every couple of years I just gather up all the bags we have with any problems and bring them to the bag repair guy. Last time I brought him a dozen pieces, from ripped large bags, missing fet and wheels, broken handles, to missing zipper heads from my wife's handbag. Had them all back in 24 hours and the total cost was $60 or so.
