I'd have a hard time giving up AMEX just because of the joint promos run with Starwood. Take a cruise and get the $300 fee back with the shipboard credits.

If you really want to dump the card, Delta or another airline is my vote for best value. Or, take the 1% rebate a get a gift certificate.

Perhaps this card has been devalued if you're looking for lots of personal service. It has been a great deal for me. I just wish they would charge $300, offer the same services and let me use a green card.
