Apologies if this has been answered. I looked and couldn't find it.

I'm trying to book award travel for someone else. I check the flights, click thru and get to a page that saysWhen I get to the page that says Passengers and Award Passenger. When I change the name from mine to theirs I get an error the doesn't match the account name. - I am not the passenger for this trip.

If I leave my name here, does the next screen ask for the traveler?

USAir's website is so frustrating and everytime they "improve" it, it's worse.
