The PPE level, as discussed, is a revenue based level. It provides tangible benefits to Plat COstars.
I would expect every FF program out there to continue to move toward a revenue based model and away from the mileage model. No one understood the ramifications (or opportunities, for that matter) of the original model when AA first built it. It won't happen all at once, but it will happen.
