I wonder if any of you can shed light on this error as I have emailed Travelocity at least 3 times since September and this still isn't fixed!
All I'm told is: 'thank you for your patience'.... well that's wearing thin, they didn't even reply to my latest email over a week ago!! I'm not sure that they really know what error I am talking about to be honest.

It is with regard to the Farewatcher Plus list facility on the Travelocity website:

If you go to 'add a trip' to watch in the Farewatcher Plus section of the Travelocity website:

I am trying to add 'Manchester, GB' (as opposed to Manchester NH) as a destination in my Farewatcher Plus list in enable to watch primarily hotel rates.

I put the departure airport in using any airport in the world (try JFK for example), with 'Manchester' or 'MAN' as my destination, (the drop down list shows 'Manchester NH' and 'Manchester International Airport GB'), so I select 'Manchester GB' and then save the trip to my Farewatcher Plus list, which it then shows as below:

Vacations: Search incl. round-trip flight + hotel
Hotels: from $64 3 stars or greater <============ (THIS IS THE BIT THAT IS GIVING THE ERROR - If you click on it see it you will see that after searching for hotels it then displays Hotels in Charleston, WV instead of Manchester GB hotels!)
Flights: Search

When I click through the 'hotels' link as 'arrowed' above (Hotels: from $64 3 stars or greater ) on my Farewatcher Plus list (where it lists the price for hotels at that destination') it links to 'Charleston WV' hotels and prices, instead of showing MANCHESTER GB Hotels!! Most bizarre. I have tried this many times and from different starting airports too with the same result.
Maybe a coding error?


I have successfully added to my Farewatcher Plus list the following UK destinations without error and these all show the correct destination hotels when I click through the Farewatcher Plus list:
Edinburgh,
Glasgow,
Liverpool,
London,
Newcastle,
Birmingham,
Chester,
Inverness,
Leeds
( All UK cities.... and when I click on the hotel price for any of these in my Farewatcher Plus list, I get a list of hotels at that destination - so International cities ARE working in the Farewatcher Plus list - I haven't tried to check the FLIGHTS in this list by the way so that is not the issue here).

Any ideas anyone? @:-)
