It's entirely a personal value judgement, isn't it? If you don't find any other prizes interesting, then that makes the prizes you
do find interesting that much more valuable in comparison. Also, consider the objective math: a free bottle coupon is 24 points, i.e. 8 caps. If your caps primarily come from 20oz. bottles, then you are getting a "buy 8, get 1 free" deal or effectively an 11.11% "savings" on your purchase of 9 bottles. If your caps come from larger bottles, this number may change depending on the price you pay, but the idea is the same.
So, is that worth it to you? Nobody here can really answer that for you. Personally, I don't redeem for PC points or free soda... in fact, I haven't found anything worthy of redemption in a long, long time, so I'm just sitting on points right now.
