I'm looking to see if anyone here is currently or has been an customer service rep @ any of Virgin America cities. They currently have an opening and just applied. What's the hiring process like? Also was wondering what the training process is if i get the job. Is it in SFO? or do they just do it locally? I've worked for Jetblue in the past and they sent me to Orlando(MCO) for 3 weeks for training. Does VX have something similar?
