Anyone with the MBNA Business Visa confirm their miles are posting?

Not had anything hit since 16th October (got the guys spending as much as they can through it, about £20k month).

Wondering if we are wasting our time what with no way to reconcile the statement to the posted miles and no one at MBNA that can offer any explanation.
