Yes, they do have to deal with that 10% crap rule in NY and NJ. And yes, it's very annoying.
I was told 3 days ago when I wanted tickets for a Joe Jackson concert, that Amex no longer handles concert tickets because of the new rules about price gouging. I don't kow if there are other types of tix they can get. HOWEVER If they are sponsoring hte event (which i think is the case w/ the Ericsson Open) they will have seats even when the eveet is sold out.
I was told this by the platinum Cncierge.
