I need to get box seats for the Ericsson Open on March 28th. On the Open website there are only Upper this and Upper that. Can I call the Concierge line and have them get box seats for me even though they may be sold out online? Isn't this what the Concirge is for, to get sold-out tickets to an sporting event.

Can they actually get you the information time, place, prices etc.. and then buy them for you and then mail them.

How much beter is the Centurion Concierge?
