For those folks travelling north on the BQE past the Kozcusko (sp?) Bridge spanning Brooklyn and Queens, no doubt on your way to LGA, you will notice an inverted billboard promoting the DL Skymiles card. It's been there for at least two weeks.

What was the guy thinking when they put it up???
