Most any outdoor, camping etc store will have a nylon tent repair kit.

They usually come with either a self adhesive patch you can usually work in from the back side of the repair (if you can't get to it from inside the bag) and seam sealer to keep it from unraveling even more.

$5 or so. Or you can get the same thing at many luggage shops labeled luggage repair kit for $25
