Don't worry about anything. 1.5 hours is sufficient connection time.
If the luggage somehow does not make it to the Toronto US connection belt,
the airlines will be responsible to get it to your final destination within a few days.
And the third bag is a Star Alliance Gold benefit that USAir also honours.
