CDG 2F and 2E are directly across from each other. All you have to do is go downstairs and walk through a tunnel or go outside and cross the street (may be challenging to do this with luggage).

The distance should not be a problem in terms of walking. Your problem will be that you have to clear customs then cross over to the other terminal. Once there, you will have to go through security again. All this will take time of course.
