On my way out to YYZ I had chosen 142 which used to continue on to YUL and was reliably a widebody. But, it was downgauged to a 320 which the agent said happens regularly.

1171 tomorrow looks to be quite undersold and I am concerned it might suffer the same fate.

Can anyone tell me if 1171 gets downgauged often - say, on a Wednesday?

If it does, I might switch to a later flight with J avail to improve chances I'll remain in a pod.
