If I remember correctly, Row 1 is reserved for handicapped passengers and Mabuhay Miles Elite members. The other blocked seats are also preferred seats reserved for Mabuhay Miles Elite members. I'm not sure, so ask.

And before you go all bashy on PR: Manny Pangilinan does not own the airline. Lucio Tan does.
