Just received my DL Amex statement and the newsletter has the following promotion.
From 12/1/00-3/31/01, use your Amex DL card to join the CRC and earn 2,500 miles if you are a general Skymiles member, and 5,000 miles if you are a medallion member. Good for new memberships only. You also receive double miles for every dollar of the membership fee charged to your DL Amex card.
