I was going to right a quick trip report, but my opinions and experience are very similar to Aerotec's.

The only differences are;
We were staying a Thursday night and were charged £50+vat.

Afternoon tea, our scones were superb and very fresh.

Evening drinks was the highlight for me, enjoying the view of night time London. Added to the excellent service we received, our glasses were never allowed to go empty. At 19:30 we were informed the complementary service was finishing but were they any further drinks we required, I thought was a nice touch. Or criticism was the poor choice of canapés, but that's more a personal opinion.

Breakfast again very good, with good waitress service. Although it was quite busy and there was very few free tables at 09:30.

Overall we really enjoyed it and was the highlight of the stay.
