If you've already got a bmi plus credit card, and you're crediting to the same diamond club account, then it's quite possible you won't get the bonus credited (as they are, I think, limited to one bonus per account). Or perhaps I'm misunderstanding your situation here?

For what it's worth, I've had no problems using PayPal with my bmi Amex, although I didn't use it for the initial bonus miles.
