I took out the BMI credit card which gives 20k miles after a £250 spend and received the statement today. After spending £255 exactly (sent from her Paypal account to mine), I got the 382 miles from this transaction but the 20,000 miles weren't credited to my account nor are they showing on the statement like they did when I took out the bmi plus card!

Is the fact that I used Paypal to send the money an issue here? It says BMI's site that it can take upto 56 days for the 20,000 miles to post after the initial £250 spend but it seems odd that they wouldn't post at the same time as the other miles like last time.
