Flyaway; How did you get a US issued Amex Platinum. As a Canadian, I thought that you had to have residency requirements?? I have been a longtime AMEX cardholder, GOLD since 1986 and Platinum since 1997 here in Canada, but alas, Amex Bank of Canada has '...no immediate plans of introducing the Centurion Card to the Canadian market...' quote from their Platinum CS Manager. Does anyone else have any insight into the Canadian market?
