You really think AMEX cares? BS! They have the worst customer service in the industry and they (the CS agents at least) seem proud of it. I can't believe their attitude. Unfortunately, they have some products that a lot of people want regardless.

I wish Diners would offer a product with the perks of the black card and some real customer service behind it. I know I'd jump.
