You receive 4 suite upgrade certificates to use, check under goldpassport.com then My Awards then Promotional Awards. Basically make any booking, then call the Diamond line to upgrade. If a suite is available for sale, you should be able to use it. These are confirmed at time of reservation unlike SPG's very uneven policy of upgrades. They are valid for stays up to seven days.
