I'd just leave things as is and not worry about it, but don't do anything other than retrieve your luggage and go through customs.

You have a legal AC-AC connection. If something does go wrong, AC will have to protect you. This is not a case of booking 2 separate tickets in less than the allowable time like I first assumed.

Just a note for the future, when asking questions please try to be as specific as possible, and share as much information as you can (obviously without putting personal information on here). Had we known that your connection was 70 minutes (legal), we may have been able to save you 30 minutes on the phone with AC.

And FYI, next week I'll likely be booking a trip to the US via YYZ with a 70 minute Canada-US connection. Unfortunately I'll likely have a bag to check.
