*IF* everything goes well (arrive on time, don't wait for bags, don't wait for customs, don't wait for security, etc.) it can be done in 70 minutes. The odds are against you, though. The fact that they have a (re)booking desk right beside the carousel speaks for itself.

By the way, in my experience AC offers a lot of things they don't always deliver.
