Hi Richard, as far as I know the Departure magazine is send only to US Platinum and Centurion cardmambers, I used to receive the Departure magazine for a number of years untill the time I moved to Europe,they only send it to cardmembers with US billing adresses, well at least that is what they told me when I asked them if they can send the magazine to my new overseas address and they refused.
