1. Centurion UK has stopped issuing invitations to non-residents. Eligible card holders will be in line for the international version.
2. I believe that they still do issue UK cards, but that the pace at present has slowed to a trickle.
3. The improvements coming in November will probably only affect the chip function and the accompanying reader.
