A year ago those switching were mostly disenchanted NW flyers who saw what was coming. Today more and more they are Delta's own long-term road warriors who are finally waking up & realizing what's happened.
Hopefully, DL will figure this out. If they improve their TPAC C seats and make it easier to get UGs, I'd probably switch back to DL or at least split my trips between DL and UA. I used to really like NW when they had the best C product and UGs were easy to come by.
