Yes, today--booked several, none of which appear. If it’s just a timing issue, maybe there’s hope...? Cool.

A friend of mine who does business with a large number of NWA employees has been sharing horror stories about what a nightmare the computer side of the merger has been, in great part due to the fact NW always kept their technology current while DL continues to rely on DOS. NW had to “dumb down” their technological capabilities to align with what the DL side required.

I’d like to think that’s wrong, but when even simple things like a receipt are an issue, well... Does make one wonder.
