The minimum allowed connection time for Canada-US at YYZ is 70 minutes. Is this on one ticket or 2 separate tickets? If on a single ticket, I'm very surprised that AC allowed this. If on 2 separate tickets you'll be on your own in the event of a misconnect.

I haven't connected in YYZ very much. I wouldn't risk it, unless you have nexus (which might help you). When I've gone through YYZ I've waited forever for luggage at the US security area.

I wasn't sure from your post if all your flights were on AC, or if only your YVR-YYZ was. If your flights are not all AC, and you have to switch terminals you'll have no shot at all.
