Because it includes my personal email address. Believe me, the
last thing I want clients having is a way to reach me at home....
As mentioned in OP, can’t simply switch to a business email address since I bill under three different corporate names. Would require changing my contact info on Delta.com at least weekly...quite often, several times in a single day.
Sadly, the suggestion made by the Delta agent (you know...the one for whom I was
the first person ever to need a receipt) was to print it out, use a pair of scissors to cut the top off, scan it, then create a PDF.
