Amanjiwo is fabulous! It would give you a great taste of Aman luxury and Indonesian culture. I have a trip report on that resort as well if you'd like to search it out.

By the way, I am not a certified diver either. I take resort courses whenever we travel which means I always have someone with me and I never go below 33 feet. Diving is really special at Amanwana whether or not you are certified.
